01Do I have to keep filling out CRM forms?+
No. Write a quick update in plain language. Scout suggests the contacts, activities, opportunities, and follow-ups to add. You review them before anything is saved.
02Does Scout save AI changes automatically?+
No. Scout shows its proposed changes before writing them. You can approve, refine, or discard the proposal, so you stay in control of the record.
03What counts as a Scout assist?+
A Scout assist is one result you asked for. That might be a proposal, answer, draft, enrichment, briefing, or processed import. We do not count the model steps behind it.
04Can I bring my data in and take it out?+
Yes. You can import common documents, spreadsheets, images, text files, and contact cards. You can export your workspace as JSON and supported records as CSV.
05How do I stay in control of my job-search data?+
Scout shows AI-proposed changes before saving them, bases answers on records in your workspace, and keeps your records available to read, edit, and export on every plan.
06Is Scout only for job searching?+
Scout was built for job searching, but the same workflow also fits consulting, fundraising, recruiting, and other work that depends on relationships.
07Does Scout support teams?+
Not yet. Scout currently supports one personal workspace. Shared workspaces and team administration are not available.
